Experience a travel marketing protocol like no other – the Second Wave way. We've earned our bragging rights for proficiency in travel website development and marketing by doing it for more than 20 years. From our initial discovery call and our creative process to your website launch and booking results, all you have to do is reap the benefits.
Watch us set the stage for powerful outcomes.
The dream begins with a review of your Property Marketing Profile (PMP) and marketing goals in preparation for our first meeting — the Discovery call meeting. Here we discuss our proposed sitemap strategy, your competition, and your reviews and rankings on TripAdvisor and Google. During this call we also review your existing website and have design discussions for your new website. By performing a deep dive and working with you on your sitemap during this call, we are able to sprint through the beginning stages of our project process.
Armed with the dream and the details gathered in the Discovery call, our designers create a mockup called a design comp. The design comp is a static image showing the colors, fonts, textures, and buttons to be built on your website. During this phase you receive two rounds of complimentary revisions to get your comp looking exactly how you would like it to look before moving into buildout.
We also conduct copy and SEO research to support your sitemap themes, and we begin setting up your account in our VMS system.
The site is now in the hands of our designers, writers, and SEO specialists. Here's what's happening in this phase:
You receive two rounds of revisions once we present your website preview. Upon completion of these revisions, your site is made live and you receive one last round of post-live revisions. (By now you should love it!)
All content and website builds are given strict quality assurance testing at each revision.
Upon launch, your SEO and PPC begin to generate traffic and gain traction. Your account manager closely watches your performance and schedules regular marketing reviews with you to share the results and discuss what's working well and what needs improvement.
If you have been working with a Project Manager, at this time you can say farewell and transition to working directly with your Account Manager.
Congratulations on your new website!
Using the industry's best tools, Second Wave helps determine the right share, the right messaging, the right investment, and the right timing of your paid search campaigns.
